Offer effective and short massages on ergonomic chairs in businesses or at events
Duration of training
21 heures, réparties sur 2 jours (consécutifs) + une journée de révision - évaluation (1 mois plus tard).
Ce process de formation avec 2 jours d'apprentissage intensif + la pratique (2 à 3 semaines) + 1 journée de révision permet une meilleure assimilation de la formation

Course content
Acquire a varied technical palette and perform precise maneuvers:
acupressure, stretching, pressure, percussion, friction.
Develop your sense of touch: precision, fluidity, rhythm, presence, delicacy.
Integrate quality interpersonal skills into your professional practice.
Training validation
Each student will have to perform at least 20 seated massages on different people.
Practical and theoretical exam on the 3rd day of training.
The training certificate will be issued on the 3rd day of training.

At the end of this 21-hour training, you will master one hour of effective techniques on an ergonomic chair, including acupressure, stretching, pressure, percussion, and friction. You will develop a precise and fluid touch, with a heightened sense of rhythm, presence, and delicacy.
This expertise will allow you to create your own protocols to offer short, targeted massages lasting 10 to 60 minutes, adapted to event and corporate settings.
